Show/breeder contract 

Each cat or kitten we sell is in good health and free of parasites and fungus when purchased. We urge you to have a complete health check on your cat/kitten with in 72 hours of purchase to insure good health.

Before deciding on purchasing one of my babies it's with strick consequences that no kitten nor cat shall be declawed, if so the said buyer will be fined  $10.000. No exceptions. Please read the artical on declawing.

A one-year health guarantee will cover congenital defects or death due to natural cause. To have your cat replaced (no cash refunds are given) you must submit a complete necropsy report including the results of blood work, tissue samples, ect. (A visual autopsy is not acceptable) with a signed veterinarian statement including a description of the symptoms to support the opinion.

The purchaser will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred while the cat was in the purchaser's care. The one year guarantee does not cover conditions stemming from the purchaser's neglect, illnesses or accidents the cat came in contact with while in the purchasers care, including blood transfusions, and death due to surgical procedures. The guarantee does not cover fleas, ear mites or fungus, since these can be acquired in route to your home. We take every precaution to keep free of funguses and parasites. This guarantee is for one year from date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. To qualify for the guarantee the purchaser must keep the cat under the regular care of a veterinarian.

 If you qualify for the replacement of your breeder/show kitten it will be in a reasonable period of time (usually less than 160 days). The replacement kitten will be the same sex, and we will do our best to match color, but cannot guarantee the same color or age. If you wish a replacement of the same color it may take slightly longer. All deposits are nonrefundable. No cash refunds will be given. We do guarantee a kitten/cat sold as a show/breeder will reproduce when of a sexually mature age. Some males and females may be two years old or slightly older before they produce off spring. If your sexually mature cat isn't reproducing off spring you will need a signed veterinarian statement including a description of the symptoms to support the opinion.

 If the cat has been purchased for breeding/showing, we will categorize its breeding quality and predict its show potential but we are unable to guarantee its show success. Cat/kitten being sold as a Breeder/Show is for the exclusive use in the Buyer's breeding program. The Buyer agrees this cat/kitten will never be leased or sold to another cattery or individual, nor will it be sent to another cattery or individual for stud service or to be used at stud. The Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be placed with any other individual or cattery for the purpose of breeding. The Buyer agrees this cat/kitten will never be CO-owned with anyone outside of the Buyer's immediate household other than Rolls Choice Cattery, (Terri D. Grossklaus, owner ), hereafter referred to as Sellers and the Sellers deem this option of retaining CO-ownership with the Buyer of this cat/kitten to be necessary. Any situation in which this cat/kitten does not reside with the Buyer at their residence will be interpreted as a direct violation of this clause and the Seller is released from any and all guarantees and obligations of this contract.

The Buyer however, is not released from complying with the other clauses contained in this contract including but not limited to payment of the full purchase price. Any monies previously paid to the Seller will not be refunded to the buyer. If for any reason, at any time after the Buyer takes possession of the cat/kitten, they no longer desire to keep this cat/kitten in their breeding program, the Seller has the first right of refusal to repurchase this cat/kitten. The repurchase price will be the original selling price less 10% per year for each year the Buyer has possession of the cat/kitten. If the seller chooses not to repurchase this cat/kitten, the Buyer agrees the cat/kitten must be spayed/neutered before being placed in any other home or cattery for any reason and the Seller is not required refunding any monies.

 Any and all guarantees and responsibilities of the seller related to health, including refunds and or replacement of this cat/kitten are strictly between the undersigned Seller and Buyer and are not to be considered transferable to any third party. The Buyer is required to notify the seller prior to altering and placing the cat/kitten in any other home or cattery. By signing this contract, I am in full agreement with all of the above terms. In the event I violate this agreement the damages of $5,000 plus legal fees shall be payable to Terri Darcel Grossklaus. Sole jurisdiction and venue for any legal dispute shall be in the state of California, Santa Clara County.

I have read the above, all of which I understand and accept. This written agreement is the entire agreement between the purchaser and the seller listed below. The purchaser will not rely on any verbal statements particularly about cash refunds or payments of veterinarian.
